I missed some estradiol doses (I think around 6 weeks I basically was only taking 2 pills a day rather than the 3 id been told to take) and I have a 4 month old baby to show for it! I think you’ll be fine, though it doesn’t hurt to check in with your RE about it
I misread the bottle ,thinking that they were just 1mg pills , so I'd take 4 per day
